How can I book a service?

You can book a service by contacting us via phone or email. Visit our Contact Us page for more details.

 

What are your working hours?

Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. We do however understand that sometimes there is a need for works to be undertaken outside of these hours and we will do our best to accommodate this.

 

Do you offer emergency services?

We do not offer 24hr emergency repairs but we will do our best to help as quickly as possible. Please call us directly for urgent assistance.

 

How can I pay for your services?

We accept various payment methods, including bank transfer and credit/debit cards.

An invoice will be issued upon completion of works which will be emailed containing our bank details. If you would prefer to pay by card we can do this in person at the end of the work or over the phone.

Which areas do you cover?

We provide our services in Hertfordshire and the surrounding areas, but please feel free to get in touch if you are uncertain that we cover your area.

 

Are you insured?

Yes. We are fully insured for all the work we undertake. If you would like a copy of our insurance policy please feel free to ask.

 

How much do your services cost?

Pricing depends on the specific service and requirements. Please contact us for a detailed written quote.

 

Do you provide free estimates?

We prefer to provide written fixed quotations over estimates which are free. We can supply an estimate if the scope of works is not yet completed. 

 

Do you provide a contract of works?

Yes. On larger projects it is important to have a contract in place outlining works to be undertaken, costs, time scales, and payment schedules. This helps protect both parties.
